I wasn’t a fan of the the way she wrote. It felt redundant, but also read very privileged. As a person with severe trauma, telling some one that horrible things happened to them as children because they weren’t grateful enough is abusive language. I believe firmly in gratitude and this was not the way to deliver this message.
