CW for animal death

I wanted to just speak to the book’s content as it pertains to animal death.

This book deals heavily with pest removal. It is usually viewed in a pragmatic way and didn’t personally bother me most of the time. Roach always presents a balanced approach to each situations. She ultimately promotes living peacefully alongside animals. Most mentions of animal death are not detailed except for the chapter Killing with Kindness. I skipped through this chapter because it is more in depth; however, the topic of humane methods of pest control is important.

Fuzz was my first Mary Roach book, and it's an interesting look at animals who break human laws. I found that the writing was very much aimed at fiction readers, and was much more pop than science. I also found the emphasis on how to kill various "problem" animals unnecessary and would have like far more history than the book gave.
