Celia Laskey's Under the Rainbow was such a quirky and refreshing read. Her writing style is smooth and her plot is interesting. I very much enjoyed the time I spent in Big Burr, Kansas, through the eyes of many unique perspectives. I think the uniqueness of the perspectives used in this book was something that made it innately interesting. I've never read a book with such a unique set of multiple perspectives, and it added an extra spice to the reading experience as a whole.

this was a quick read. in the form of cleverly written vignettes. it all felt a little unsatisfying, but it was interesting and entertaining.

Too many characters jumps, maybe it would be different if I wasn't listening to the audio book.
