Rating only for “The Mystical Art of Codeswitching“ by Sydnee Thompson.
There is a high possibility that I am not built to enjoy flash fiction. Usually when I was just starting to be immersed, they often end. Like this one. Too jarring.

Really enjoyed this anthology - some of my favorites:
Sela, Thief by Zabe Bent (4 stars) - great story and why don’t I have this ability right now
The Front Line by WC Dunlap (5 stars) - amazing, just amazing
The Friendship Bench by Yvette Lisa Ndlovu (4 stars) - I need at the very least a stand alone right now
Here Sits His Ignominy by Tobi Ogundiran (3 Stars) - I really liked this letter but where is my trilogy, I want more of this fantasy world
We Come as Gods by Suyi Davies Okungbowa (3 Stars) - poetic

All these stories were great, each one short but so cool! My favorites were definitely "Sela, Thief" by Zabe Bent and "The Front Line" by WC Dunlap. I've never read flash fiction before and this was a cool new reading experience. Highly recommend!
