They Are the Hunters by Faith Gardner
4.0
4 stars for They Are the Hunters. #afamilythatslaystogetherstaystogether. Immerse yourself into a multi-narrative story with a picture perfect family. When Eliza finds a new best friend she quickly realizes how wrong she was about her, but then again Eliza seems to be wrong about many other things as well including who her family really is.
I enjoyed this book overall and loved how the story unfolded. The beginning was slow until about 40% through. Since it was a multi-narrative it was hard to catch on right away but by the end I was attached to the characters and realize this book would not have been as good without the multi-narrative. I appreciate the writing style, it never lingered longer than needed. I enjoyed the ending of the book that had twist after twist.
