I give this book definitely 5++ stars ^^
Its hard to not give spoiler, but I'll make a try
This is the story :
Aeron, once an immortal guard of Zeus, the King of The Greeks God, that someday envy make him help his brethren to open Pandora Box, and released many dangerous demons to the world. He cursed by one of the demon, become host of Wrath. Everyday he forced to punish the wrongdoers, until he meet his baby daughter, Legion, the demon minion, that calm Wrath. But, a few days later, he feel the presence behind him, that watch him, make his Legion run away. Curious about that, he try to search it and then meet his downfall..
Olivia, the angel, a joy-bringer then make a warrior and signed by One True Deity to kill Aeron. But she cant help her amusement to Aeron, cant do her job, and because of that she choose to Fallen, fall straight to hell, her wings stripped and she become weak as human had. Its all to meet Aeron, to know the feeling to have fun and love someone...
But,Aeron despised her first, and then torn between Olivia and Legion, cause Legion cant stand near Angel. It become worse, that there appear a new entity, a news that there are great powers that help Hunter to againts The Lords, Legion's act that frustated Aeron, The Dark Prince confrontation, threat from Olivia's mentor Lysander and for the worse, Aeron's feeling to Olivia. He cant resist her, as that when he realized his love to Olivia, Aeron knows that he will lose everything he had...
Again, Miss Gena Showalter not dissapoint me ^^
This book is GREAT!! I dont hesitate to give 5 stars >.< (and + 5 too, so 10 stars, but GR just have 5 stars ^^)
The story more intriguing than the last, the plot thicken.
The story development open the chance that Lords of The Underworld is the worth to read series.
There are some development for some characters and appearance of new characters that make we guessing what will happen next, and maybe will make us frustated too, to wait their story.^^
Some people said that the ending like just cut in, not tell the story of others, just tell Olivia-Aeron after they unite again . But I don't think so, cause its a good ending ^^. Its make we want to read the next book to know what happen next :)
Things that make me irritated and laughing at the same time is when read Aeron-Olivia love scene. I just want to say TMI. To Much Interruption, lol. Miss Gena is tortured them (and us) a lot :D
Like how, again, Miss Gena can pairing her hero and heroine well.
And dont forget to read the next installment in this series, The Darkest Lie, coming out in the end of June.
Tell the story of Gideon, Keeper of Lies with his mate Scarlet, Keeper of Nightmares (they first meet in The Darkest Passion) that claimed once she is his wife.
Cant wait >.<
