The Adjustment by Suzanne Young
2.0
This was such a disappointing continuation of the series. It featured every minor aspect I disliked about the previous books and compiled them into an entire novel. The beginning felt sloppy, and while it started to straighten out further in, it wasn't great in my opinion. I could not stand the characters, especially our main gal Tate. I thought she was immature, selfish, and naïve. Her "poor me" and "I can fix him" attitude was incredibly irritating. Her character alone was the root of 85% of my problems with this book. That being said, I am still intrigued to see where the plot goes in the final book. It will be curious how I feel about it, considering the track record of the other five books.
