I have been waiting on this book for months you guys. And it did NOT disappoint.
@nikkiraeauthor reached out to me last year when I started my booksta and asked if I would be interested in reading her series The Order. I had no idea what to expect and went in completely blind.
Y'ALL. Don't sleep on this series. It is SO GOOD. It is definitely on the taboo side/dark side and definitely has some triggering topics for some. But I love everything about it.
Nikki's writing is phenomenal, in my opinion and her ability to bring these characters to life is just amazing.
Harvest is book 5 in this series and it honestly had just as much substance as the rest of her books. You know when someone writes a series and it seems to drag, or it seems forced? This is not the case with Harvest. This book takes Fawn on a completely new "adventure", takes her to new limits, and helps her find herself in ways she never had before. I loved being able to see Fawn's relationship with Odette grow as the book went on!
I will say, this book isn't my favorite of the series, but I still absolutely loved it!
Also, fair warning, it does end on one hell of a cliff hanger, so be aware of that going in. Don't be one of those people who rates badly just because there is a cliff hanger. This book is part of a series and needs to be read in order. Be aware of that going in!
