Read this more as a book of philosophy than spirituality and it helped me comprehend the concepts a bit more, though I’m sure it’s different for every person 

This book is wise but also really funny. Mans is very blunt sometimes which makes for great quotes. My favorite: “Bad news! We are already in hell”
