Us Dark Few by Alexis Patton

5.0

5 stars for Us Dark Few. I have a soft spot for dedication pages that are for the reader and with this “To all the dreamers and misfits. And those who prefer dancing in the dark.” I was hooked from the beginning. I was not expecting the love trope here but it delivered! I found myself holding my breath in anticipation near the ending of the book. I truly enjoyed this story and I need book 2 ASAP! Lbvs.
If you like science fiction, enemies to maybe lovers, and a quick paced story then you’ll love Us dark few. This book follows Khalani as her life in Apollo, the under ground world as surface earth is uninhabitable from radiation, is torn into pieces when she’s thrown into prison where murder, abuse and punishment are encouraged. Though all odds are against Khalanis survival she makes alliances and she navigates her way through the prison of Branderhelm.
