I liked this one. Gideon and Cal were so perfect for eachother, and it was so good to see someone really caring for and about Cal. He had so much shit happening to him it was insane. I felt so bad for him on so many occasions. And the fact that he had Diabetes made me connect to him more (as I’m also a diabetic). There were a lot of stuff from that part that I recognized.

And I’m so glad Gideon found someone to take care of and that he got to be himself for once. I really didn’t like his deceased husband, at all. And I’m really glad we never got to actually see any inetractions between him and Gideon (besides the nightmare he had, but that wasn’t reality). What we heard about from Gideon was enough to make me really dislike Grant (the dead husband).

And omg, the side plot was insane. What they did to poor Cal was so unfair, but rich people can be a bit evil so it wasn’t really surprising. But I’m glad they all got what they deserved in the end.

I liked that Alexa came in to the picture, she was such a sweetheart! But omg the end nearly broke me. Glad she made it out okay.
