I had a difficult time getting into the story I DNFed at about 19%. I skipped ahead to see if the story picked up, for me and it didn’t. I even tried a scene where the MCs hook up for the first time. I personally wasn’t a fan of the way the characters feel about the hook up and how they communicate. 

The language of everything I read felt a little off, a few misused words and weird tense mistakes really stood out. 

I imagine other people will/have liked this book. I just don’t feel it’s for me.
