Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger
4.0
The book starts very slow, at some point I wondered if I would finish it. The story is revealed through the eyes of so many characters, that I was completely lost at first. But, as the story moved forward, it got better and better and I was caught in the web. The story keeps the same pace, too slow for my taste, though the feeling that I had while reading it was nice.
Audrey did a very good job by letting the characters grow and develop in a natural way, I couldn't feel her there, pulling the strings. I liked the little world and their people that circled around the cemetery. I liked how the relationship between the twins developed, that was probably the best thing in the book.
Anyway, going back to the story, I believe I got to see too fast how the book would end and I waited for a twist, something to tell me that I was wrong. I wasn't. And I hated the ending, it kinda ruined the book for me. I expected something else, something that would make the book really dark, because, let's face it, it wasn't.
I'm going to rate it 4, ever though is more like 3.65.
